Recipe for the best Christmas punch that I cook every year.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 glass orange juice
- 200 ml brandy
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 a piece orange
- 1 a piece lemon
- 2 a piece cinnamon
- 5 a piece cloves
- A piece of nutmeg

Start by pouring a bottle of red wine into a large pot. Add orange juice to the pot and cook over medium heat.
If you prefer sweet drinks, add more juice. Pour in brandy and sprinkle in brown sugar. I prefer to use brandy for this recipe because it adds a unique depth of flavor and aroma to the punch.
Add the orange and lemon pieces to the pot. It is important to add the zest as well, as it will give the punch the necessary bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness.
