Tasty Mango Daiquiri
This refreshing Mango Daiquiri recipe is one of my favorite cocktails for hot summer days. The sweetness of the mango combined with the smooth touch of white rum creates a delicious mix. I particularly love to prepare it when I have guests at home, it's always a hit.
Ingredients
- 1 Large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 4 cdas sugar
- 2 ounces Of white rum
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 1 mug Of ice

In a blender, combine the chopped mango and sugar. For a more gourmet touch, I recommend using a ripe mango, as it will bring a sweeter and more powerful flavor to the cocktail.
Blend until smooth and homogeneous. Make sure there are no chunks of mango remaining, as this can affect the final texture of the daiquiri.
Add the white rum and lime juice. Personally, I prefer to use white rum for its smooth taste, but you can experiment with different types of rum according to your preference.
Add the cup of ice and blend again. Here it is important not to overdo it with the ice, as it can dilute the flavor of the cocktail.
Once ready, serve immediately in chilled glasses to maximize the freshness of the daiquiri. For a final touch, you can garnish with a slice of mango or lime.
