Sweet potatoes baked in the oven
Recipe for tasty oven-baked sweet potatoes with herb dip.
Ingredients
- 4 a piece Sweet Potatoes
- 3 spoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salts
- 1⁄4 spoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- Herbs (optional)

Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Do not remove the skin, as this is what gives our sweet potatoes their extra crunch.
Then cut the sweet potatoes into quarters or into sticks.
Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced paprika and pressed garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. During baking, stir the sweet potatoes at least once so that they bake evenly on all sides. This takes approximately 40 to 60 minutes.
When the sweet potatoes are ready, serve them still warm with dip or just like that.
