Strawberry Cake with Quark

Cut the chilled puff pastry lengthwise into 4 parts.

We will cut each part through the center. We will get 8 triangles.

We'll spread each triangle with cottage cheese and put sliced strawberries on top.

Roll it up and gently press the ends to prevent leakage.

Put it onto a baking sheet and place it into the preheated oven.

Bake at 180/25 minutes or as needed until golden brown.

We choose, let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

You can also choose a different filling: jam, nut butter, butter, chocolate.
