Sponge Cake with Whipped Cream
This recipe is for lovers of light and tasty desserts. A sponge cake base complemented with whipped cream and fresh fruit is ideal for a summer afternoon.

- 3 tablespoon oil

- 3 tablespoon sugar

First, we prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, gradually add sifted flour and mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
After baking, let the cake cool down.
In the meantime, let's prepare the cream - whip the cream with sugar until stiff.
We smear the cooled body with cream and decorate it with cleaned and halved strawberries.
Let the cake rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
