Spinach Risotto
I really like risottos, whether they are pumpkin, beetroot, or this spinach one.
Ingredients
- 250 g basmati rice
- 350 g frozen spinach
- 1 ts Write
- 100 g mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
Fry the onion until golden in olive oil. Add 250g (in my case it was two packets of 125g each) of basmati rice and pour in water. Cook while stirring occasionally, add more water if needed. When the rice is half-cooked, add frozen spinach, salt, spices, and 1 teaspoon of ghee. Stir until the mixture comes together and the spinach is thawed. Add grated mozzarella, stir in and serve.
You can adjust the weights according to your preference. The given recipe will make 3 servings 😊
