1. Step

Start with yeast activation. In a large bowl, add the warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let them sit for about 5 minutes until the mixture starts to bubble.

2. Step

Add the plain flour, salt, olive oil and sour cream to the bowl. Process the mixture with your hands or a ladle until a smooth dough forms.

3. Step

Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a container covered with a damp cloth in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.

4. Step

Once risen, roll out the dough to the desired pizza size. I always recommend leaving the edges of the dough thicker so that the pizza has a nice edge

The dough is ready to be brushed with pizza puree and topped with your favourite ingredients.
