Sour cream or homemade sour cream
Sour cream or sour cream is an essential addition to many dishes, specifically Mexican foods and some pastry recipes. The best part of this process is how simple and inexpensive it is to make it at home. Personally, I love its creamy texture and the slightly acidic touch it adds to dishes.
Ingredients

Directions
In a glass container, add the cream. I always recommend using a heat-resistant glass to prevent chemical reactions from altering the flavor of the cream.
Add the two tablespoons of lemon juice or white vinegar. The acid in these ingredients will help separate the fat from the milk, creating that unique thick texture of sour cream.
Stir the ingredients well and leave the container uncovered. Based on my experience, the resting time is crucial to allow the mixture to ferment and acquire the sour taste.
Let the mixture stand in a cool, dark place for about 24 hours. If you live in a warm climate, why not try leaving it in the refrigerator?
Once the mixture is thick enough and tastes sour, stir well before using. and that's it! You have your own homemade sour cream.
