Simple Homemade Granola

- 300 g oat flakes
- 150 g mix of nuts
- 25 g Cane sugar
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 80 g coconut oil

1. Step
Pour oatmeal, sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon into a larger bowl.
2. Step
We add the melted coconut oil and honey and mix well to combine the dry and wet ingredients well.
3. Step
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper using a spoon.
4. Step
Put it into a preheated oven and bake at 160°C for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the oven). Check and stir every 5 minutes to ensure it bakes evenly.
5. Step
After baking the granola, let it cool down freely and whoever likes chocolate can mix in 30-40g of chopped bitter.
6. Step
Store in a sealable container where it will last until eaten.
