Simple Homemade Creamy Celery Soup

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chopped celery
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
