Directions

10 min.
1. Step

Firstly, gather all the ingredients. Saving your time to look for ingredients while blending will help make things smoother.

2. Step

Place the Greek yogurt into your blender first. Doing so ensures a smoother blend and ease of mixing, as I've personally found by trial and error.

3. Step

Add the strawberries, banana slices, and blueberries. Remember to wash your fruits carefully - they're not only healthier, but they also taste so much better when cleaned well!

4. Step

Pour in your choice of milk. Almond milk tends to complement the taste, but feel free to use your preferred milk.

5. Step

If you prefer it a bit sweeter like me, add in the honey or maple syrup. This is completely optional and can be tailored to your preference.

6. Step

Lastly, toss in the ice cubes. This gives the smoothie that refreshing chill factor that takes it from good to great.

7. Step

Blend everything together until it's smooth - usually about 1-2 minutes. I recommend stopping midway and stirring it a bit to make sure all items are well-blended.

8. Step

Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor. Trust me, it's delectable when fresh.
