- 12 pcs Fresh scallops in shell
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 volume Fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Rinse the scallops under cold water.
2. Step
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Step
Place the scallops on a baking tray. Drizzle with the garlic and parsley mixture.
4. Step
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the scallops are firm and opaque.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
