Place the salmon on a tray and drizzle with olive oil.

Then sprinkle the salmon with salt and black pepper.

Slice the zucchini into rounds and place them next to the salmon.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and the zucchini is soft.
