Salmon with Spinach

- 200 g spinach
- 4 cloves garlic

Clean the salmon and cut it into portions.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the salmon. Sear it on both sides.

Add the spinach and garlic cloves. Cover and simmer for a few minutes until the spinach is soft.
