Salmon with Orange Sauce
Salmon with orange sauce is a lovely combination of sweet and sour sauce, which perfectly complements the flavor of the salmon. Easy to prepare, but the result is beautiful and tasty.
Ingredients
Salmon
- 4 Pieces salmon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Orange sauce
- 2 a piece oranges
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 ts butter
- 1 ts starch

Salmon - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rub the salmon with salt and spices and set aside for 10-15 minutes to allow it some time to rest.
Sauce - Squeeze the juice out of the oranges. In a small pot, mix orange juice, sugar, butter and starch and bring to a boil. Let the sauce boil until it thickens.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
Drizzle the prepared orange sauce over the salmon before serving.
