1. Step

Start whipping the egg whites. When the foam forms, gradually whisk in the sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form. Then mix in the yolks and oil. Finally, sift the flour and gently stir. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. After baking, remove the baking paper, roll up and wrap it in a towel. Let it cool down.

2. Step

Whisk mascarpone, curd, cream, and sugar until stiff. Spread a layer of jam and then a layer of cream on the cooled crust. Roll carefully. Top with the remaining cream, garnish, and set aside to set in the fridge.
