Roasted onions
Golden, sweet, roasted onions are a great addition to many dishes. Add it to sandwiches, salads, pastas or stews, and you probably won't be able to resist!

- 2 pcs Onions
- 2 spoons sunflower oil
- pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper

1. Step
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Step
When the oil is well heated, throw in the onions. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Step
When the onions become golden and soft, add salt and pepper. Stir for another minute so that the spices combine well.
4. Step
After roasting, remove the onions from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
5. Step
The roasted onions are ready to serve!
