2. Step

Then add the sugar, mustard and vinegar and continue whisking.

3. Step

Start adding the oil in a thin trickle while continuing to whisk. This may require a little patience, but trust me, the results are worth it.

Once you have added all the oil, taste the mayonnaise and adjust the salt as needed.
