This quick yeast-free pizza is a great idea when you're craving homemade pizza but don't have time to wait for the dough to rise.
Ingredients

- 200 g special fine flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 PL olive oil

- 100 g tomato sauce
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 a piece mozzarella
- 1 a piece fresh basil

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add water and olive oil, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a floured board to the desired thickness.
Spread the dough evenly with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese and mozzarella, arrange the tomatoes.
Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is nicely golden brown.
Then sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
