Quick Red Lentil Soup
Thick and quick soup.
Ingredients
- 200 g red lentils
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 Bigger carrot
- 220 g grated potatoes
- 1300 ml water
- 15 g oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Ground sweet paprika
- 4-color ground spice
- thyme
- ground turmeric
- chili powder
- salt
- ground caraway

Directions
Grate the potatoes and carrots. Fry the finely chopped onions in a saucepan with heated oil.
Then we add crushed garlic, grated carrot and potatoes and sauté for a while.
Add the rinsed lentils, all the spices and cover with water. Cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes, when the lentils are cooked, blend the soup with a hand blender.
Add the flakes to the soup, let it boil, remove from heat and you can serve. Enjoy your meal.
