Quick Plum Cake with Yogurt
Recipe for a quick plum cake, which goes well with coffee or tea.

Cake:
- 1 glass Natural yogurt
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 3⁄4 glasses sugar
- 21⁄2 glasses Wheat flour
- 1⁄2 glasses of oil
- 21⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
Additionally:
- prunes
Above:
- 250 g Glasses of flour
- 3⁄4 glasses sugar
- 100 g margarine

1. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour the batter onto a baking tray and arrange the fruit.
2. Step
Prepare the crumble by mixing all the ingredients and putting them in the freezer for a while.
3. Step
Rub it on top of the cake.
4. Step
Bake the cake in the oven.
5. Step
Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
