Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 kg green tomatoes
- dried dill
- 3 heads garlic
- 2 beetroots
- 1 kg carrots
- sticks celery
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 daikon radish
- 1 handful green beans
- 2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoon Peppercorns
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 horse radish
- ginger
- coriander
- parsley

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and peel them as needed.
Chop the carrots, cauliflower, radish, beetroot, celery and horseradish.
In large glass jars, divide the green tomatoes into the other vegetables and add garlic, seeds and herbs.
Make a grid with the sticks to submerge the vegetables in the brine.
Mix one tablespoon of coarse salt for every kilo of water and fill the jars to the top. Cover the jars and store them in a place with a constant temperature.
At a temperature below 18 °C, tomato pickles will take four weeks to be ready for consumption. Serve with meat, fish or vegetable dishes, etc. Enjoy.
