Pumpkin pasta
Recipe for a simple pasta with hokkaido pumpkin that is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 a piece Hokkaido pumpkin
- 400 g pasta
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and black pepper for seasoning
- 50 g parmesan
- A few fresh basil leaves

Directions
First, clean the hokkaido pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into smaller pieces.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Personally, I prefer them al dente, because then they will mix with the other ingredients without being cooked.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped pumpkin. Add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper and cook until the pumpkin is soft.
Add the soft pumpkin to the cooked pasta, stir and sprinkle with grated parmesan and basil.
