Pumpkin Ketchup
Homemade pumpkin ketchup, with the addition of spicy spices. A perfect addition to meats and sandwiches.

- 1 piece Big pumpkin
- 500 g sugar
- 100 milliliters wine vinegar
Spices
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cloves
- salt and pepper

1. Step
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, remove the seed nests. Place the chopped pumpkin in a large pot.
2. Step
Add sugar, vinegar, and all spices to the pot. Stir.
3. Step
Simmer over medium heat for about an hour, until the pumpkin softens and the sauce thickens.
4. Step
Pour hot ketchup into clean jars, close immediately. Leave to cool down.

Store in a cool place. Bon appétit!
