Potatoes in the oven
The best side dish for roast meats, but can also be eaten on its own with a fresh salad.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potato
- 4 tablespoon oil
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary

First, the potatoes need to be washed thoroughly. After that, you can cut them in half or, if they are very large, into smaller pieces. A useful tip is to always choose smaller, evenly sized potatoes for even cooking.
Toss the potatoes well in the oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with rosemary. Personally, I really like the taste of rosemary and I think it goes very well with potatoes baked in the oven.
Roast all the potatoes thoroughly in the oven at 200°C until nicely golden brown. Halfway through, turn them over so that all sides are nicely crisped.
