Potato Garlic Soup
This is a classic recipe for a simple and tasty potato garlic soup. It's great for cold days or when you fancy something warm.

- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 pcs onion
- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 l water

Directions
Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into smaller pieces.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in the pan and add the chopped onion and garlic. Saute until the onion begins to change color to golden.
Add the chopped potatoes and mix everything well. Sauté the potatoes with onion and garlic for about 10 minutes.
Add water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
When the potatoes are soft, take the soup off the fire. If you want a smoother consistency, you can blend the soup with a hand blender.
Serve warm. You can sprinkle the soup with herbs for more flavor.
