Pork soup
This pork soup is really very nutritious and filling. Although it can be a bit time-consuming to prepare, you will definitely enjoy it.

- 500 g Of pork
- 2 pcs carrots
- 2 pcs Parsley
- 1 pcs onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 g Green peas
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 1 l Waters
- 2 spoons Oils
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

We start by preparing all the necessary ingredients. Wash, clean and cut the meat into smaller pieces. Clean and dice the carrots, parsley and potatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chopped meat. Fry the meat until golden brown. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until golden brown. Then add the chopped vegetables and peas. Stir everything together and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3.Finally, pour water over the soup, add salt and pepper to taste and cook everything together for about an hour and a half. The soup should be thick and the meat should be tender.
