Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a bowl, mix finely ground almonds, eggs, honey, baking powder and salt.
Add poppy seeds and rice milk. Mix everything together.

Bake the poppy seed cake for 20-25 minutes, until it is firm to the touch and nicely browned.
Let the cake cool completely and whoever wants can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
