- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 150 g sour cream
- 80 ml oil
- 100 g crystal sugar
- 20 g ground poppy seeds
- 2 egg

Directions
We whisk the whole eggs with sugar until frothy. Then we add oil and sour cream and finally all the dry ingredients mixed together (flour, baking powder and poppy seeds).
We pour it onto a 20x30 baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle it with fruit. Bake at 180 C for 30-40 minutes. Add the crumble about 10 minutes into baking. Let it cool down, do not cut it when it's hot.
