Ponchos
Poncha - is a traditional drink from Maderia with a sweet and sour taste. Made with aguardente de cana, local rum, sugara honey and lemon, it is the perfect drink for parties and gatherings with friends.
Ingredients
- 200 ml Aguardente de cana (can be substituted with white rum)
- 70 ml With
- 2 pcs orange juice
- 1 pcs lemon juice
- Ice to serve

In a large glass bowl, mix honey with lemon and orange juice until smooth.
Add the rum, stirring again until everything comes together.
We pour our poncha into glasses filled with ice.
