- 1 pcs egg
- 200 g coarse flour

1. Step
Boil the potatoes in salted water and then mash them into mashed potatoes.
2. Step
Add eggs and coarse flour to the mashed potatoes and knead the dough.
3. Step
Divide the dough into equal parts and wrap a plum in each.
4. Step
Boil the dumplings in boiling water for approximately 15 minutes.
5. Step
Melt the butter in a pan and drizzle it over the dumplings.
