Perfect Spinach and Artichoke Baked Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 kg ready-made gnocchi
- 3 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 Cup of cream cheese
- 1 Cup of gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the gnocchi following the package's instructions. Then drain and set aside.
Heat a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add the spinach to the pan and stir until it wilts.
After the spinach has wilted, add in the artichoke hearts and sauté until heated.
Reduce the heat, add cream cheese, gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Once the cheese has melted, add the cooked gnocchi and marinara sauce. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
