Perfect Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Crispy and flavorful roasted Brussels sprouts are a perfect side dish. This recipe is easy to make and guaranteed to be a hit at any table!

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 Cup parmesan

Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, add halved Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Toss everything together to make sure the Brussels sprouts are coated.
Transfer the coated Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
