Perfect Oven Baked Salmon with Lemon, Garlic and Dill

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1⁄4 Cup of fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions
Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Take the salmon out of the fridge and let it rest to room temperature while the oven is preheating.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
