Drain the cans of tuna thoroughly.

In a bowl, combine the drained tuna and chopped onion.

Add mayonnaise, starting with 4 tablespoons and then more if needed for creaminess.

Add salt and pepper to taste. If available, add a squeeze of lemon juice. This is optional but can enhance the flavor.

Mix well until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add chopped parsley for extra color if you wish.
