1. Step

Clean and chop the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and press the garlic through a garlic press.

2. Step

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onions. Sauté until the onion is golden brown.

3. Step

Add the frozen peas and crushed garlic. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the peas are completely defrosted and soft.

4. Step

Put the peas into a blender and add cooking cream, vegeta, salt and pepper. Blend until you have a smooth puree.

5. Step

Serve warm as a side dish to meat or fish.
