Pan-fried Sweet Potatoes

- 4 pcs Sweet Potatoes
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 ts sea salt
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts grated garlic

1. Step
Clean the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut them into equal pieces.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
3. Step
Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and fry them until they are soft and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
4. Step
Season with sea salt, black pepper and garlic.
5. Step
Rest for another 5 minutes, until the garlic changes color.
6. Step
Serve hot.
