Pan-fried Sweet Potatoes
A healthy and tasty alternative to classic potatoes. Sweet potatoes are full of vitamins and fiber.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Sweet Potatoes
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 ts sea salt
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts grated garlic

Clean the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut them into equal pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and fry them until they are soft and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Season with sea salt, black pepper and garlic.
Rest for another 5 minutes, until the garlic changes color.
Serve hot.
