Oven-Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Crisp, toasted sweet potatoes with extras are a delicious and simple dish. Great for dinner or as a snack.

- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- Sweet pepper

1. Step
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic pressed through a crusher, salt, and paprika.
3. Step
Place the sweet potato strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and coat with the prepared mixture.
4. Step
Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 40-45 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are soft and lightly browned.
