Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This delicious Brussels sprouts recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for a healthy, autumnal dinner. The Brussels sprouts are seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roasted in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown.
Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper

Directions
1. To prepare Brussels sprouts in the oven, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Clean the Brussels sprouts, remove the outer leaves and halve them. Put them on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well so that the sprouts are evenly seasoned.
4. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown. Stir once to ensure they roast evenly.
5. Take the roasted Brussels sprouts out of the oven and serve as a side dish for the festive meal.
