Ingredients
- 7 egg
- 1 tablespoon green seasoning
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 scotch bonnet
- 1 carrot
- 2 potato
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 cube stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1⁄2 can coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon ground seasoning
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- pink salt

Cut up the vegetables and herbs. Boil the eggs. Fry the onion for 30 seconds, then add thyme, scotch bonnet, garlic, and green seasoning. Fry, then add tomato puree, curry powder, chicken seasoning, coriander, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric, the stock cube, and a little water. Cook for 30 seconds.

Add carrots, potatoes, a cup of water, and coconut milk. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and other seasoning if necessary.
