Vanilla cream
- 800 ml milk
- 5 Yolks
- 100 g crystal sugar
- 60 g maize starch
- 100 g butter
On top
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 2 spoons Powdered sugar or other sweetener
- On top of freeze-dried strawberries

We wash the strawberries and slice them into slices.

Pour 600 ml of milk into a pot, add vanilla and start heating it. In 200 ml, we mix yolks, sugar, and cornstarch. We pour this mixture into the hot milk and cook a thick vanilla cream. Let it cool down. Start whipping the softened butter and gradually beat the entire cream into it.
4. Step
We dip biscuits in milk and place them in a mold. We spread 1/2 of the cream, slices of strawberries, 2/2 of the cream, and whipped cream.
