No Bake Malteser Delight Slice
Malteser Delight Slice is the perfect blend of crunchy and creamy, with the luxurious taste of malty Maltesers and a rich chocolate base, layered with a delicate, soft marshmallow topping.

- 250 gms of digestive biscuits
- 200 gms of butter
- 350 gms of milk chocolate
- 3 tbls of golden syrup
- 200 gms of Maltesers
- 200 gms of mini marshmallows

Begin by crushing the Digestive Biscuits into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor if you like, but I prefer to put them in a sealed bag and crush them by hand. It's an excellent anger management technique.
Next, melt the Butter and 200g of the Milk Chocolate in a large bowl. I like to do this in a microwave, heating it slowly and stirring between each interval. It's crucial to be careful not to overheat and burn the chocolate.
Once the butter and chocolate have seamlessly merged, it's time to add the Golden Syrup, crushed biscuits, and Maltesers. Remember not to add all the Maltesers. Keeping a handful aside to press into the top always makes for a tempting appearance.
Press the resulting mixture into a tin lined with baking parchment. Please make sure it is evened out, as you want a uniform layer that will hold together when sliced.
For the topping, melt the remaining 150 grams of Milk Chocolate and pour over the biscuit base. Sprinkle the Mini Marshmallows over the top, pressing them in slightly. Ensure you distribute them evenly since every bite deserves a bit of that marshmallow goodness.
Lastly, chill the entire thing in the refrigerator for an hour or so until it is set. Cut into square slices for serving, and voila, your irresistible slice of Malteser Delight is ready!
