- 2 cups dried, pitted dates
- 1 Cup of chopped mixed nuts (like almonds, walnuts cashews)
- 1⁄2 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- A little water (if required)

Place the dates in a food processor or blender until they form a sticky, uniform paste. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water.

Optional: Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut for a snowy effect.
