- 2 pcs zucchini
- 3 pcs garlic
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- ground red pepper

1. Step
Prepare the vegetables. Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and slice into thin pieces. No need to peel it. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the slices of zucchini and continue to cook over medium heat until the zucchini begins to brown and soften.
3. Step
Add chopped garlic, salt, and ground pepper.
4. Step
Serve the zucchini warm. It's perfect as a side dish for meat or fish, but it can also be a standalone meal.
