Mushrooms on cream is a classic Czech dish that is ideal for warming up in the colder times of the year. It is simple to prepare and tastes great.

- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 Spoons butter
- 4 Spoons Smooth flour
- 300 ml cooking cream
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Olives (as required)
- Parsley for serving

First, clean the mushrooms, slice and chop the onion finely.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the butter and sauté until golden brown.
Add the flour to the mushrooms and onion, stir and let it briefly become transparent.
Pour in the cream and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
