Mushroom Soup from Dried Boletus

- 100 g dried mushrooms
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 2 l water
- 2 spoon oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- ground red pepper

1. Step
Soak the mushrooms in warm water and let stand for approximately an hour.
2. Step
Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry in oil until golden.
3. Step
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
4. Step
We bring the water to a boil and add potatoes, sautéed onions, and carrots.
5. Step
We drain the mushrooms (we use the water to make soup) and add them to the soup.
6. Step
We cook the soup for about 30 minutes.

Towards the end of cooking, we season the soup with salt, spice, red pepper, and parsley.
