Mushroom Pizza
Delicious pizza with a mushroom flavor.
Ingredients
Often
- 350 g Wheat flour
- 1 pcs dry yeast
- salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 230 ml Warm water
Filling
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 pcs mozzarella
- 1 pcs tomato
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- lemon

Directions
In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and salt. Add olive oil and warm water. Stir until everything comes together to form a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour.
We often let it rise for 1 hour.
In the meantime, clean and chop the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Fry them until they are golden brown. Then remove them and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough often, spread with olive oil and garnish.
We bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220 °C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
