Mug Bundt Cake

- 2 mugs semi-coarse flour
- 1 mug crystal sugar
- 1⁄2 mug oil
- 1 a piece baking soda
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 11⁄4 mug milk
- 3 egg
- lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon cocoa

1. Step
In a bowl, we first mix all the dry ingredients. After that, we add eggs, oil, milk and stir with a whisk until smooth.
2. Step
We divide the mass into two halves. To one, we add a bit of grated lemon zest and to the other cocoa (instead of cocoa, you can add melted chocolate).
3. Step
We grease the bundt cake form and sprinkle with fine breadcrumbs and alternately pour in light and dark batter.
4. Step
I bake it in a preheated oven at 230 C for about 10 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 180 C and finish baking. The cup is 3dcl
