1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the pressed dough into 12 equal parts and place in a muffin tin to form quiche shells.

2. Step

In a frying pan, fry the smoked bacon cut into cubes. Personally, I recommend letting it fry a little longer, so that it is beautifully crispy.

3. Step

Prepare the quiche filling by mixing the bacon, grated Emmentaler, eggs and cooking cream in a bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

4. Step

Divide this filling evenly among the dough in the tin.

Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until nicely golden brown.
