Mini Quiche Lorraine
Awesome mini quiche lorraine that are perfect for parties as a quick snack. They're great hot or cold, so you can make them in advance.
Ingredients
- 1 packing Pressed dough
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- 2 pcs Large eggs
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt and black pepper for seasoning

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the pressed dough into 12 equal parts and place in a muffin tin to form quiche shells.
In a frying pan, fry the smoked bacon cut into cubes. Personally, I recommend letting it fry a little longer, so that it is beautifully crispy.
Prepare the quiche filling by mixing the bacon, grated Emmentaler, eggs and cooking cream in a bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Divide this filling evenly among the dough in the tin.
Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until nicely golden brown.
