Mini Koala Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
For the Cupcakes:
- 1 box of your favorite chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Cup of water
- 0.3 Cup vegetable oil
For the Frosting and Decoration:
- 2 cups of chocolate buttercream frosting
- 1 Cup of vanilla frosting
- 20 Oreo cookies
- Candy eyes
- Black jelly beans

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
Line your cupcake tins with cupcake liners and divide the batter evenly among them.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, use a piping bag to spread the chocolate buttercream frosting evenly on each cupcake.
For the koalas' ears, break the Oreo cookies into halves, and place two halves at the top of each cupcake.
Take the vanilla frosting and pipe two circles to create the inner part of the koala's ears.
Pipe two more circles with vanilla frosting to form the whites of the eyes and place candy eyes on top.
Pipe a black jelly bean on each frosting circle for the nose.
